With NFL Great Willie Gault at Sugar Factory, Las Vegas

The biggest football game of the year, in Las Vegas, brought some of the sport’s biggests stars to the city for events leading up to the game.

One of those greats was former Chicago Bears and Los Angeles Raiders star Willie Gault. On Saturday, he appeared at the restaurant the Sugar Factory on the Las Vegas Strip. The NFL great met fans to sign autographs and pose for pictures.

Mr. Gault was part of the 1985 Chicago Bears championship team. Additionally, he was a United States Olympian in the sport of track and field.

Speaking about his thoughts about football’s biggest game of the year being in Las Vegas for the first time, Willie offered, “I just for hope for a good game.” The city absolutely got a good game with the Kansas City Chiefs winning an overtime thriller last night.

On his life today, Willie said, “I do a lot of charity work.”

At 48 years old, reportedly, the former football star ran a 40-yard dash in 4.27 seconds. On how he was able to accomplish such an impressive feat, he shared this, “I never stopped running and I train really hard.”
