Venerable Las Vegas Italian Restaurant Piero’s Expanding Schedule
Just east of the Las Vegas Strip sits one of Las Vegas’s longest operating restaurants. Piero’s Italian Cuisine has been serving customers since 1982.
The establishment was the setting for some of the scenes in the 1995 Martin Scorsese movie Casino, starring Robert De Niro, Joe Pesci, Sharon Stone and the late Frank Vincent. Speaking of Casino, CYInterview just had on former Las Vegas Mayor Oscar Goodman, who had a role in the film [see here].
Before the pandemic began, actress and singer Pia Zadora was a frequent entertainer at Piero’s.
Starting September 28th, the restaurant will go back to a seven day a week schedule, with hours from 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM, for the first time since the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic. The restaurant is located at 355 Convention Center Dr.
