Tomorrow on Lifetime Television: Yoga Teacher Killer; Star Larisa Dias Joins us to Discuss, More

Tomorrow night, Lifetime Television will debut the movie Yoga Teach Killer: The Kaitlin Armstrong Story at 8:00 PM Eastern Time. The film is about a love triangle ending with a murder.

One of the stars of the movie, actress Larissa Dias, joined us to discuss the film, based on a true story.

In Yoga Teach Killer: The Kaitlin Armstrong Story, Larissa plays the murdered woman. Speaking about the film’s story, she shared this:

“You really can’t rationalize this kind of behavior that Kaitlin presented. It’s not, it doesn’t make sense and I think it comes down to, you know, the phrase hurt people hurt people. And you know, she was obviously insecure and I don’t know, I think that something just got ahold of her emotions and Moriah was just an innocent victim in the way of this person that had no macro-view of her situation.”

Focusing on her future ambitions and what she is currently working on, Ms. Dias said this:

“I’d love to get an Oscar. I’d love to work on some independent films and I would really, really love to produce. I’m actually, I’m getting into that now. I’ve produced three short films now. Currently developing a script at the moment, which will be shot probably at the end of July and I’m actually getting a masters in producing from NYU [New York University] at the moment.”
