Tomorrow, Las Vegas: Chefs Collaborate on Italian Feast

A group of restaurateurs are collaborating tomorrow at SoulBelly BBQ in Downtown Las Vegas to produce a Sunday Italian feast.

Chef Bruce Kalman is welcoming fellow Las Vegas local Keris Kuwana of Keris Sweets and Chris Sexton of the Connecticut based restaurant Hoodoo Brown.

The Italian menu offerings begin at 2:00 PM and will include a smoked pork belly porchetta and tiramisu cheesecake.
