Big Arms and Aging: The Ever Popular Ric Drasin, host of Ric’s Corner on YouTube is Back to Talk that and More

For weight training enthusiasts, maintaining big arms as one begins to enter midlife and beyond, makes for an interesting topic. There is no one better to talk about that than golden age bodybuilder and frequent CYInterview guest Ric Drasin. The host of the popular YouTube show Ric's Corner is back to discuss that subject, as well as reflect on some golden age bodybuilding stories. Featured columnist Jay Bildstein joins us for this segment. Speaking of big arms, Ric told us during our discussion that bodybuilding legend Dave Draper once told him, "Don't over train your bicep. It'll turn into a peanut." Having big arms is often a goal, stated or not, of people who lift weights.

Some people head to the gym for a workout every day. Lamentably, some of those folks will end up hurting themselves during their workout. What might possibly be some ways to avoid hurting yourself in the gym? To gain some insight into this topic, we welcome back none other than bodybuilding legend, former pro wrestler and the host of the popular YouTube show Ric's Corner, Ric Drasin to answer that question. Mr. Drasin and featured columnist Jay Bildstein have an interesting discussion about working out. Back in the day, Ric spent time training with bodybuilder supreme, Hollywood box office star, former California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, as well as countless others at the legendary Gold's Gym. Ric has the kind of experience, when it comes to working out, that most of us will never have.

To comment on the impact of getting back into a professional wrestling ring after more than a decade absence, we welcome back pro wrestling school owner/teacher/wrestler Ric Drasin for some analysis. Beyond professional wrestling, the host of the popular YouTube show Ric’s Corner is also a bodybuilding legend, actor, author and artist among other talents. In this segment, which featured columnist Jay Bildstein takes part in, Ric also gets into his recovery from knee replacement surgery, as well as sharing an interesting story involving his good luck.

Bodybuilding legend, pro wrestler, author, actor and the host of Ric's Corner on Youtube, Ric Drasin is now in his eighth week of recovering from knee replacement surgery. After having the operation, Ric revealed to us he wished he would have had the surgery years ago. Though he says his first few weeks recuperating have been challenging, he states that the surgery was worth doing. Featured columnist Jay Bildstein joins us for our latest segment with the golden age bodybuilder.

Golden Age Bodybuilder, the Multi-Talented Ric Drasin Gives Update on Recent Knee Replacement, Already Back in Gym

A few weeks ago, bodybuilding legend, pro wrestler, actor, author and friend of CYInterview Ric Drasin had knee replacement surgery. Amazingly, Ric is already back in the gym working out. The 1970s bodybuilding legend and training partner of Arnold Schwarzenegger fills us in on how his recovery process is going and provides advice to people who may have to have knee replacement surgery one day. Ric also tells us more about his new book The Time of My Life you can purchase on Barnes and Nobles and other online book outlets.

Ric Drasin, Bodybuilder, Former Professional Wrestler and host of Ric’s Corner on YouTube Breaks Down Pros and Cons if Ronda Rousey Were to Go to WWE; Plus, His Book, The Time of My Life, is Now Out

A few days ago we published an article on CYInterview [see here] on why UFC fighter Ronda Rousey might want to consider joining the WWE, if she decides to end her storied mixed martial arts career. With that in mind, we welcome back bodybuilding legend, professional wrestler/pro wrestling school owner and teacher Ric Drasin, to provide us some analysis on how he thinks Ms. Rousey would fair with the WWE. Mr. Drasin is friends with judo and pro wrestling legend “Judo” Gene Lebell, who Ronda calls Uncle Gene and who, it is reported, helped train her in certain aspects of grappling. Ric says Gene got him his start in professional wrestling back in 1965. The golden age bodybuilder is not one to mince words. He tells us both positives and negatives await if Mr. Rousey were to go to the WWE.
