Over the last two years, we have had various opportunities to speak with Real Housewives of Miami star Lisa Hochstein, a model and philanthropist, and her husband Dr. Lenny Hochstein, a prominent plastic surgeon. See/listen to some of those CYInterviews here.
The Hochsteins’ came out to support their friends Lea and Roy Black, as they have in the past, at this year’s The Blacks’ Annual Gala – the 20th anniversary of the event. Lisa wore a stunning gown from designer Claudio Milano. The couple just celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary. They told us what they did for their anniversary and what is new in both of their lives.
This past weekend, we spent some time with Lisa Hochstein and Alexia Echevarria of The Real Housewives of Miami. We saw the Bravo stars at the Michael Costello fashion show at The Temple House on South Beach.
Last month we attended Alexia’s Venue Magazine Party, which featured actress/singer/TV personality Adrienne Bailon, at Adore Nightclub on South Beach [see here]. The beautiful and charming Ms. Echevarria is the Editor of Venue.
Back in April, at The Blacks’ Annual Gala, we met the fun and down to earth shoe designer Lisa Pliner [see here]. Though we only spoke with her briefly on the red carpet that evening, it was memorable.
Lisa and her husband, shoe mogul Donald J. Pliner, have left their mark on the fashion industry. She is the creative director behind Donald J. Pliner luxury shoes, which caters to both men and women. Their company has stores in six major malls in places like Miami, Las Vegas and Houston.
Over the last year we have kept you up to date on our meet ups with the beautiful and charming Lisa Hochstein of The Real Housewives of Miami. Every time we see her, we enjoy her positive and fun personality. She is a sweetheart.
Last October we visited her at her home for her in-depth CYInterview [see here]. During the interview, Lisa showed off the beautiful gown she would go on to wear at the Miami Make-A-Wish Ball.
This past Friday evening, members of the cast of The Real Housewives of Miami and country music star John Rich met up at Roy and Lea Black’s Coral Gables home for a special get together/cocktail party. Above you can see me with Lea, who is an absolutely superb hostess by the way.
At the party, in addition to Miami’s beautiful people, there were mouthwatering hors d'oeuvres and plenty to drink. Guests were treated to classical music until John Rich arrived and performed in the living room. Before his performance, we had a chance to do a sit down CYInterview with him, covering his career, politics and much more. Our candid conversation with the country music star will be released exclusively, here on CYInterview, in the coming days.
Over the last few days we have shared with you our coverage of The Blacks’ Annual Gala. If you’ve missed the main coverage of the event, you can find it along with the photos [see here]. Additionally, we have already posted our first CYInterviews at the event, with attorney Roy Black and musician Taylor Hicks [see here].
Videoing of the annual charity soiree has taken place for the last couple of years for The Real Housewives of Miami and a crew was on hand again shooting for a third consecutive year.
This past Saturday evening, Miami’s elite came out for The Blacks' Annual Gala at the Fontainebleau hotel on Miami Beach. Stars walking the red carpet included everyone from Flo Rida to Taylor Hicks to Sammy Sosa to the cast of The Real Housewives of Miami. CYInterview was on hand, speaking with many of the evening’s celebrities. While there, we caught up with some of our past guests. Below, you will find photos with everyone we spoke with. Above is a photo photo with Miami attorney and past CYInterview guest Roy Black – with yours truly – to whose wife Lea is the driving force behind this important charity function. Roy, of course, supports Lea’s work in any way he can, insuring that the event bearing his name is successful.
Over the coming days, we will share with you our CYInterview red carpet interviews from the Gala. As for the evening itself, Lea and Roy put on a great event, which serves to benefit at risk youth through the Consequences Foundation.
