Time for a Mental Spring Cleaning? Nationally Known Psychotherapist, Dr. Robi Ludwig to the Rescue; You Can Now See Robi on Facebook Live!

During the springtime, some of us partake in that activity known as spring cleaning. It involves going through things in our house that we do not need and, depending on its condition, throwing it out or donating it to charity. In essence, it is about taking stock of our material universe. Though we may be able to organize our physical setting, what about giving ourselves a mental spring cleaning? This would be taking stock of our own lives and ridding ourselves of the people and things that have a negative impact on our lives. From deleting people from our phones we no longer wish to communicate with, to ridding ourselves of negative contacts on social media, to changing our eating habits and getting more exercise, all of us need some type of emotional spring cleaning.

Last week, couples across the world celebrated Valentine’s Day. But how does a couple make Valentine’s Day happen every week? To answer that question, we welcome back nationally known psychotherapist Dr. Robi Ludwig. From the Oprah Winfery Show to Larry King Live to Today and a host of other shows, Dr. Ludwig has provided insight into a variety of psychology and related topics. When it comes to relationships, Dr. Ludwig provides us a good perspective on what a long term relationship is and how not every day is going to include a romantic dinner, flowers or chocolates. By having realistic expectations, yet working to keep romance alive, we can enjoy stronger more fulfilling relationships. During our conversation, Robi revealed to us that she is currently working with the online dating website ourtime.com, as well as other interesting projects.
