On St. Patrick’s Day, March 17th, Las Vegas restaurant Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar will serve short ribs braised with Guinness and mashed potatoes, carrots and onions. This dish will be available between the hours of 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time.
