Six Degrees of Elvis Presley: Days after the King’s Would’ve been 85th B-day, We Connect Dots Between Amazing Elvis Impersonator Steve Connolly & Pistol Hot Jennifer Romas of Sexxy: The Show in Las Vegas
August 16th would have been Elvis Presley’s 85th birthday. The King has a storied history in Las Vegas. Elvis’s debut in the Entertainment Capital of the World was at The New Frontier Hotel and Casino in 1956. He was only 21 years old at the time.
More than a decade later, his residency at the International which became the Hilton International and later the Las Vegas Hilton took place from 1969 to 1976. His run there reportedly included over 600 sold out shows. Today, people can visit the resort, now known as the Westgate Las Vegas Hotel and Casino, if they want to visit the home of Elvis’s performances.
Speaking of the Westgate, our friend, the incredible Jennifer Romas has her show, Sexxy: The Show, which is a phenomenal female revue, at the legendary resort. Though the show is currently on hiatus due to the pandemic, they recently performed at Fresh Wata Studios, outside, where people could see the show drive in movie style.

Back to Elvis. When it comes to impersonators of the King, in Las Vegas, artist Steve Connolly’s Spirit of the King show at the Four Queens Hotel and Casino on Fremont Street is a great tribute to the legend. Mr. Connolly has done thousands of performances, thrilling his audiences.

So, just to be clear, the Elvis connection between Steve Connolly and Jennifer Romas is that Steve impersonates the King and Jennifer performs where Mr. Presley used to do his show.
