In recent years, more female rappers are making a name for themselves. From Cardi B to Nicki Minaj to Saweetie and Doja Cat, these women are some of the most famous music stars today.
From actress and producer Issa Rae of HBO’s Insecure fame, Rap Sh!T is about two Miami women desiring to become hip hop stars.
The first two episodes debuted this week on HBO Max.
