Ra’eese Aleem Beats Victor Pasillas with 11th Round TKO Winning WBA Interim Super Bantamweight Championship; Dustin Poirer Knocks Out Connor McGregor at UFC 257

Last night on Showtime TV, Las Vegas’s own boxer Ra’eese Aleem was victorious. He defeated Victor Pasillas in the 11th round by way of TKO.

The victory makes Mr. Aleem the WBA Interim Super Bantamweight Champion. The pugilist trained here in Las Vegas for the fight, which took place at Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, Connecticut.

Reacting to his victory over Victor Pasillas, Raeese said this:

“I feel great. We had a good camp. I was dominant. I wanted to put an exclamation point with this performance. It feels absolutely amazing. It just confirms what I knew in my head, that I have elite power. He’s one of the top fighters in the division so to knock him out, it means I’m a true threat.”

Ra’eese Aleem’s record is now 18-0 with 12 of those victories coming by way of knockout.

In other fight news, Conor McGregor lost to Dustin Poirier at UFC 257 at the Etihad Arena on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates. Mr. Poirier beat Mr. McGregor with a knockout in the second round. The mixed martial artists are now 1-1 in their meetings.
