Martin Yan’s M.Y. Asia Coming to Las Vegas Strip

Las Vegas is one of the great hospitality hubs in the world. Consequently, a new restaurant opening here must be prepared to compete, with excellent food, service and décor. When a new eatery does open, there is often considerable excitement about how it will achieve the aforementioned.

Later this year, Chinese American chef Martin Yan will open a restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip, at the Horseshoe Las Vegas, which is what Bally’s Las Vegas Hotel and Casino will be renamed later this year.

The name of the restaurant is M.Y. Asia. It will feature many popular dishes from Japan, Thailand, Vietnam and China. We are excited to taste what Chef Yan has in store.
