Outside the Luxor Hotel and Casino, on the Las Vegas Strip, there is an Egyptian Sphinx. It is a copy of the Great Sphinx of Giza. The original is located in Giza, Egypt. Reportedly, the sphinx in Las Vegas is bigger than the original one.
The sphinx is one of the great signature monuments of the Las Vegas Strip. You can see a recent photograph we took of it, above.
