Legendary, Multi-Talented and Still Relevant Lamonte McLemore of the 5th Dimension Releases His Latest Song, I Wish I Could Fall in Love

Since we last spoke to him, Lamonte McLemore has stayed busy. The multi Grammy winning artist, from the famous music group The 5th Dimension, has released a new song. Just out this last weekend, fans will be able to hear a track written by Lamonte titled I Wish I Could Fall In Love. The song’s vocals are performed by Julio Hanson.

For our latest CYInterview, we visited the home of LaMonte located near Las Vegas. See our photo above. On October 27th at the Suncoast Hotel & Casino, LaMonte will receive an honor for Lifetime Achievement at the Dream Awards. The award ceremony will pay tribute to many performers who entertained in Las Vegas showrooms.

In addition to his career in music, LaMonte is known for his work in photography, as well his love for everything baseball and softball. Later this year, he is slated to go to India to take pictures of the Taj Mahal. We look forward to seeing his work.

At this moment, the thing most important to him is that people hear the track Cease Fire about world peace, which deals with getting rid of all weapons of mass destruction. With the current concerns about nuclear weapons in the world, LaMonte’s track Cease Fire, which is also sung by Julio Hanson, is a cautionary reminder about what happens dealing with the evils of the war.
