Las Vegas’s UFC Fit Gym wants residents of the city to consider healthier habits. Yesterday, the workout location at Centennial Center Blvd held complimentary high-intensity interval training workouts, in hopes of motivating people to adopt an ongoing routine of physical activity.
Healthier habits encompass a broad range of areas, including diet, exercise, better sleep hygiene and stress reduction to name a few. Recently, we had on neuroscientist Mark P.
