Some people head to the gym for a workout every day. Lamentably, some of those folks will end up hurting themselves during their workout. What might possibly be some ways to avoid hurting yourself in the gym? To gain some insight into this topic, we welcome back none other than bodybuilding legend, former pro wrestler and the host of the popular YouTube show Ric’s Corner, Ric Drasin to answer that question.
