Hello Ruby Thursday: Former Las Vegas Strip Performer, Actress/Singer Ruby Lewis Shines in One Night Concert at The Space in Las Vegas
Yesterday – it was Thursday night – CYInterview was in attendance to witness singer and actress Ruby Lewis’s return to Las Vegas for a one night only concert. See our photo with Ms. Lewis above. Taking place at the entertainment venue The Space, located just west of the Las Vegas Strip, she showcased her powerful and commanding voice once more.
The former Las Vegas Strip performer took us through different chapters of her life and places that included Memphis and New Orleans. Ruby turned in solid performances of Fleetwood Mac’s Rhiannon and Adele’s Rolling in the Deep among numerous other hit songs.
Known for her work on the former Las Vegas Strip musical productions Baz at The Palazzo [see our report here] and Marilyn! The New Musical at Paris Las Vegas Hotel and Casino, Ms. Lewis has garnered much praise for her talents in the Entertainment Capital of the World.
Was last night’s performance at The Space the beginning of more to come from Ruby Lewis in Las Vegas? Only time will tell. What we can say is that Ms. Lewis entertained a full room last night, where she received lots of applause and many familiar faces were happy to see her back in town.
The Space is known to showcase many of Las Vegas’s best entertainers and performers. It is most certainly worth visiting.
