This Easter Sunday, many locals and tourists will venture out in Las Vegas to celebrate the holiday at some of the restaurants in the valley. At Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar, where past CYInterview guest, executive Chef Lee Davidson rules the roost [see here], they will be serving a special brunch and dinner.
Some of the Easter offerings will include smoked salmon benedict, roasted 1/2 truffle chicken and carrot cake for dessert. The restaurant is located at the Red Rock Casino, Resort and Spa.
