Giving Up Tulsa Time: Amateur Heavyweight Boxer Jeremiah Milton Leaves Oklahoma to Make Las Vegas His New Home; Possible First Pro Fight in August

Las Vegas has hosted some of the biggest boxing matches in history. Boxers who have done battle here include Muhammad Ali, George Foreman [see here], Mike Tyson, Evander Holyfield [see here], Lennox Lewis [see here], Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Manny Pacquiao, to name a few. We also have a variety of boxing gyms here, where up and coming pugilists are currently in training. It is unsurprising that many fighters make their home in Las Vegas.

This week, it was announced that amateur heavyweight boxer Jeremiah Milton is making a move from Tulsa, Oklahoma to Las Vegas, to further his career in the sweet science. His trainer Justin Gamber and strength and conditioning coach Larry Wade both live in Las Vegas as well.

Look for Jeremiah Milton to have his first professional fight possibly in August.

Las Vegas is home to a large fight community, including both boxing and MMA. Sooner than later, contests between highly skilled fighters will be back on the menu here, in the Entertainment Capital of the World.

Las Vegas, a city like no other!
