Emmitt Smith Eatery Coming to Las Vegas Strip

NFL Hall of Famer, Super Bowl champion and former Dallas Cowboys running back Emmitt Smith is opening a restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip next year.

The establishment will be 30,000 square feet at a location outside the Fashion Show Las Vegas mall. As one of the greatest running backs in NFL history, the eatery will pay tribute Mr. Smith’s football career.

Professional sports continues to expand its footprint in the Entertainment Capital of the World in every way. Restaurants are the latest frontier.
