Brilliant Dancer Patricia Bouchebel Speaks with CYInterview about Her Career, the Art of Dance, Being an Aerialist, the Extraordinary Show Cherry Boom Boom, More
In the Las Vegas entertainment scene, there are many performers with a variety of talents. When it comes to dance, Patricia Bouchebel’s brilliant mastering of different styles has thrilled crowds in the Entertainment Capital of the World. Her background includes being a ballerina, as well as a stunning ballroom dancer and an accomplished flamenco artist. Patricia is also an aerialist. Talk about a resume.
Ms. Bouchebel is currently part of the cast of Cherry Boom Boom, which finds its home at the Oyo Hotel and Casino, near the Las Vegas Strip. During the coronavirus pandemic, Cherry Boom Boom is offering online dance classes on www.cherryboomboom.com. The classes include dance and fitness tutorials. Patricia is taking part in the classes. Patricia tells us what she has been up to during her time away from the stage, owing to the coronavirus pandemic:
“I have been productive working on projects and really taking this time to really focus on myself and what I want to do next once everything come back to, not come back to normal, but, you know, when the entertainers come back in our hands.”
To be a part of large scale productions, Patricia says you must know a variety of dance styles. She tells us:
“Once you are part of those big productions, they ask the artist to be versatile. You cannot do only one discipline and that’s the reason why I had to open up and really exceed in all those disciplines and as aerial too.”
