Big Arms and Aging: The Ever Popular Ric Drasin, host of Ric’s Corner on YouTube is Back to Talk that and More

For weight training enthusiasts, maintaining big arms as one begins to enter midlife and beyond, makes for an interesting topic. There is no one better to talk about that than golden age bodybuilder and frequent CYInterview guest Ric Drasin. The host of the popular YouTube show Ric’s Corner is back to discuss that subject, as well as reflect on some golden age bodybuilding stories. Featured columnist Jay Bildstein joins us for this segment.

Speaking of big arms, Ric told us during our discussion that bodybuilding legend Dave Draper once told him, “Don’t over train your bicep. It’ll turn into a peanut.” Having big arms is often a goal, stated or not, of people who lift weights.

Recently, Ric did a particularly excellent segment on his show, taking his viewers through his bodybuilding career. It is definitely worth watching. He also talked to us about his interview with the late Joe Weider, who passed away in 2013 and had an indelible impact on the sport.
