25th Power of Love Gala at Resorts World Las Vegas Recap
International music superstar Bruno Mars, pictured above, headlined the 25th Power of Love Gala, which took place at Resorts World Las Vegas this past weekend. Mr. Mars has an ongoing residency here in Las Vegas at Park MGM Las Vegas. His next run of concerts in the Entertainment Capital of the World is in December.
This year’s star-studded event included Demi Lovato, Tori Kelly, Jordin Sparks, Charlie Wilson and past CYInterview guests Marilyn McCoo and Billy Davis Jr. [see here and here] as well as Las Vegas Raiders owner Mark Davis [see here and here].
This year’s honorees were music greats Smokey Robinson and Kenny “Baby Face” Edmonds.
Money raised from the evening’s event benefited the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health. The organization assists people dealing with neurodegenerative disorders including Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s disease.
